OWNER/OPERATOR PROGRAM

Competitive Revenue Splits

Frac Sand & Bulk

• 85/15 Revenue Split

Trailer lease fees:

• Hopper Trailers – 6%
• Double Box Chassis – 5%
• Cement Pneumatic Trailers – 7%
• Bulk Pneumatic Trailers – 9%

Flatbed

Regional Flatbed Owner/Operators receive:

• 78/22 Revenue Split
• This includes use of our drop-and-hook trailer pool.
• No additional trailer lease fee.

INSURANCE

Weekly deductions:

• Liability Insurance — $250
• Bobtail Insurance — $10/week (or provide proof of coverage)
• Occupational Accident Insurance — $30/driver/week (or provide proof of coverage)

Physical Damage / Collision Coverage

• Optional.

Coverage is based upon your declared equipment value.

Example:

$50,000 declared value = approximately $62.50/week.

TECHNOLOGY

Technology Fee

$20/week

Includes:

• Samsara ELD
• Forward-facing Samsara Dash Camera
• Mobile Applications
• Driver Technology Support

ESCROW ACCOUNTS

Fuel Card Escrow

• $150/week per fuel card
• Until a balance of $750 is reached and maintained.
• Fuel Discounts
• Shared 50/50 with Owner/Operators.

Trailer Escrow

• $100/week per trailer
• Until a balance of $1,000 is reached and maintained.

Maintenance Escrow

• Optional participation available.
• All unused escrow balances are returned within 45 days after termination of the lease agreement.

SIGN-ON & REFERRAL BONUSES

Company Drivers & Owner/Operators

• $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

Driver Referrals

• $1,500 Referral Bonus
